Here are some sketches I did for the Desert Princess, a new character who appears in Adventure Time #1. I still kind of like the Middle Eastern-type one, if only because it diverges from the European-type princesses we see on the show, but I agree that the cake-head one was the best choice.
This is when I knew beyond a shadow of any doubt that Braden and Shelli were going to blow this thing out of the water.
